The LIGNUM-12SUB is a high-performance passive subwoofer engineered to provide the deep, authoritative bass foundation required for professional sound systems. Perfectly matched with LIGNUM-4 and LIGNUM-6 satellites, this 12" unit delivers exceptional sensitivity and high SPL, ensuring your audio remains powerful and distortion-free even in large or acoustically challenging environments.
At the core of the LIGNUM-12SUB is a heavy-duty 12” woofer featuring a pressed paper-fibre cone and a 65mm copper wire voice coil. With a massive power handling of 400W RMS (1,600W Peak), it produces a continuous SPL of 126 dB. This high sensitivity allows for incredible volume levels with lower energy consumption, making it an efficient yet devastatingly effective addition to any rig.
Constructed from premium birch plywood, the enclosure is designed to withstand the physical demands of professional use while providing a neutral, resonance-free acoustic environment. The exterior is coated in a ultra-durable polyurea spray, offering superior protection against scratches and impacts. A powder-coated steel grille backed with acoustic foam ensures the internal components are safe without compromising airflow or sound quality.
The LIGNUM-12SUB is designed to fit seamlessly into any venue layout. It features a 35mm top-hat pole mount for satellite speakers, allowing you to create a professional "sub-and-pole" system easily. For fixed installations, it includes:
