The MONACOR PA-M224 is a modern, high-efficiency 2-zone PA matrix mixing amplifier. It utilizes a Class D concept to provide excellent power output while maintaining high efficiency, significantly reducing energy costs. This amplifier is designed for sophisticated installations where different audio sources need to be routed and controlled independently across two separate zones.
With 240 W of power per zone, it is suitable for medium to large commercial spaces such as restaurants, retail centers, offices, or fitness studios.
Dual Zone Matrix: Features 2 independent zones, each with a power rating of 240 W (at 100 V), allowing for individual control and routing of sources.
High Efficiency: Uses a Class D concept, which minimizes energy consumption and heat generation.
Multiple Inputs: Offers a total of 8 input channels:
4 Adjustable Mic/Line Inputs (XLR/6.3 mm jack): Includes 3-way equalization (bass, midrange, treble) and switchable 24 V phantom power for condenser microphones.
4 Adjustable Line Inputs (6.3 mm jack and RCA L/R): For connecting music sources like CD players, tuners, or media players.
Priority & Muting:
Features a Talkover function on channel 1 for priority announcements.
Includes a general Mute function for individual zones and a connection for an external mute switch to silence all zones simultaneously (e.g., for fire alarms).
Remote Control Capability: Features connections for the optional PA-M4RC zone paging microphone (RJ45) and PA-M1WP wall modules (RJ45), allowing for remote control of volume and source selection.
Monitor Function: Includes an adjustable monitor function for previewing audio signals.
